Udaipur: Ahead of the festive season, automobile enthusiasts and prospective vehicle buyers in Udaipur will have an opportunity to explore leading car and two-wheeler brands under one roof at ‘Raftaar 3.0’, a two-day auto expo being organised by Udaipur Lakecity Round Table 206 in association with PIMS on October 3 and 4 at the Field Club. PIMS Multispeciality Hospital is the title sponsor of the event.
Table Chairman Mohit Singhvi said at a press conference that the expo will bring leading national and international automobile brands together, with the organisers expecting more than 5,000 visitors this year.
He said Raftaar has evolved beyond a conventional automobile exhibition, combining automobiles with entertainment, family activities and a social cause.
Leading Car and Bike Brands
Secretary Deepak Jodhawat said the four-wheeler segment will feature brands including Toyota, BMW, VinFast, Maruti, Volkswagen, Kia, MG and BYD. The two-wheeler segment will feature Harley-Davidson, Honda, Hero, KTM, Triumph and Suzuki, along with electric two-wheelers from brands including Ampere.
A special display of heritage and vintage cars will also be organised, giving automobile enthusiasts an opportunity to view classic vehicles.
With the festive season approaching, prospective buyers will be able to compare models, features and facilities at one venue. Special festive offers and deals from participating brands are also expected to be an attraction.
Gaming, Food and Family Entertainment
Raftaar 3.0 will also feature gaming and food zones, along with activities for children. The organisers said the event has been designed as a family-oriented experience where visitors can explore automobiles while also enjoying entertainment and food.
The previous edition, Raftaar 2.0, attracted more than 3,000 visitors and witnessed the sale of over 35 vehicles. Building on that response, the organisers have expanded the expo with more brands, vehicles and activities.
Six Classrooms to Get Support
The event will also have a charitable objective. Area Chairman Anish Chaudhary said funds raised through Raftaar 3.0 will support the construction of six new classrooms at Amberi.
Round Table India has been involved in educational infrastructure projects, including construction of school buildings and classrooms. The fundraising campaign for the project is being led by Aseem Boliya and Sunny Modi.
The organisers have set a target of attracting more than 5,000 visitors over the two-day event. Sunny Modi, Manan Mandawat, Aseem Boliya and Kunal Bagrecha were also present at the press conference.
