Udaipur: To mark the 80th year of India’s Independence, Suron Ki Mandali organized a patriotic musical evening titled “Azadi Ka Jashn Sawan Ke Sang” at Madhushree Banquet Hall, located at Ashoka Palace. The event brought together music, art and patriotism, transforming the entire auditorium into an atmosphere filled with national pride.

A major highlight of the programme was the spectacular Tricolour-themed decoration at Madhushree Banquet Hall. All four walls of the hall were adorned with full-size Tricolour flags, while the ceiling was decorated with garlands and balloons, creating a vibrant patriotic ambience.

The families of Major Shubham Jain and fighter pilot Sachin Rohida, who are serving the nation, were invited as special guests and felicitated on the occasion. As many as 32 singers delivered powerful patriotic performances, further strengthening the spirit of nationalism among the audience.

Programme coordinator Ramesh Datwani said that Mohan Soni presented the iconic patriotic song “Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon.” Geeta Singh Rathore performed “Har Karm Apna Karenge,” Rajkumar Bapna presented “Jab Zero Diya Mere Bharat Ne,” Mahavir Jain sang “Mere Desh Mein Pawan Chale Purvai,” Rajlesh Jingar performed “Mere Desh Ki Dharti,” Shyam Rohida presented “Ae Mere Pyare Watan,” and Gopal Gothwal enthralled the audience with “Ye Desh Hai Veer Jawano Ka.”

Narayan Lohar encouraged the audience to sing along with his rendition of “Awaaz Do Hum Ek Hain.” Other singers also delivered melodious patriotic performances, making the evening memorable for everyone present.

A patriotic costume competition was also organized during the event, with Nutan Vedi, Rajlesh Jingar and Lalit Kumar Jain emerging as the winners. Shyam Rohida and R.K. Nebhnani were also felicitated for correctly answering questions related to Independence Day.

The event was attended by Founder President Mukesh Madhavani, Senior Vice President Mohan Soni, Vice President Mukesh Sharma, Kailash Kevalya, Ranjana Bhati, Secretary Arun Chaubisa and several other dignitaries.

The programme was compered by co-coordinators Mahavir Prasad Jain, Geeta Singh Rathore and Jyoti Modiyani. Kishore Yadav, Rajkumar Bapna and Bheru also provided active support in organizing the event.

At the conclusion, Secretary Arun Chaubisa expressed gratitude to all the guests, singers and audience members for their participation and support.
