Udaipur: The Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour.

Honorary Secretary Shri Ashish Chhabra informed that the main ceremony was organized at the UCCI Environment Park, where UCCI President Shri Sandeep Bapna unfurled the National Flag.

Following the National Anthem, President Shri Sandeep Bapna addressed the gathering and highlighted the important role of industry and business in nation-building.

A tree plantation programme was organized thereafter, in which UCCI office-bearers, former presidents and executive committee members planted saplings at the Environment Park.

More than 100 UCCI industrialist members, along with their family members, participated in the Independence Day celebrations.
