Udaipur: A pledge ceremony and massive human chain were organized under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign during the Group Annual Camp at Uday Niwas, organized by the Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides.

Around 171 Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers participated enthusiastically, promoting patriotism, national unity and respect for the Tricolour. Chief guest Udaipur Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena inspected the human chain and addressed the participants. He said the Scouts and Guides movement develops discipline, leadership, self-reliance, service and patriotism among young people.

Meena urged participants to apply the values learned during the camp in their daily lives, set clear goals and respect their parents and teachers. He also administered the Har Ghar Tiranga pledge and announced support for a tin-shed dome at the camp centre.

Guide C.O. Abhilasha Mishra said participants pledged to hoist the Tricolour at home on Independence Day and spread patriotism.

The human chain conveyed the message: “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Dil Mein Tiranga.”
