### 10-Day Residential Leadership Training for Principals Begins

**Udaipur,  In compliance with the orders from SIEMAT Goner (Jaipur), a 10-day residential leadership training for principals of government schools was inaugurated by DIET Udaipur on Friday. The opening session was chaired by DIET Principal Chandrashekhar Joshi, who shared tips on developing leadership skills with the attending principals. Vice Principal Dr. Omprakash Sharma also addressed the gathering.

District Reference Unit In-Charge Surendra Singh Shaktawat informed that a total of 50 principals from Udaipur, Rajsamand, Jhunjhunu, and other districts are participating in this residential training. On the first day, participants including Anjali Kothari, Asha Vyas, Harish Trivedi, Sanjay Lunawat, Yashwant Kumar Sharma, Aniruddha Nandan Vyas, Dilip Singh Ranawat, Jyoti Bala Sharma, Meenakshi Parmar, and Neha Jain engaged in subject-specific discussions. Over the 10-day training, topics such as school leadership vision, personal development, transforming the teaching-learning process, team building, leading teams, and partnerships will be explored. This training will continue until September 11, with sessions conducted by State Resource Group members Rajendra Singh Choudhary and Rajendra Singh Sisodia.
