Rajasthan's Dream Shattered, Final to Be Played Between Mumbai and Karnataka

### Fourth National Divyang Cricket Championship

The fourth National T-20 Divyang Cricket Championship, organized jointly by Narayan Seva Sansthan and the Differently Abled Cricket Council of India (DCCI), saw two thrilling semi-final matches in Udaipur on Thursday. Each player gave their all to secure a win for their team, showcasing incredible skill and determination. However, as in every game, only one team could emerge victorious.

In the first semi-final, Rajasthan faced Mumbai. Batting first, Rajasthan scored 97 runs. Mumbai, in response, also reached 97 runs in the allotted overs, leading to a super over. In the super over, Mumbai batted first and scored 15 runs without losing a wicket, while Rajasthan lost 2 wickets for just 2 runs. As a result, Mumbai advanced to the final.

The second semi-final between Karnataka and Maharashtra was another high-stakes match. Karnataka set an impressive target of 224/5. Despite a spirited chase led by Kunal Phanse’s brilliant century, Maharashtra managed only 172/4, losing by 52 runs. This victory secured Karnataka's spot in the final. Mumbai’s Akash Patil and Karnataka’s Shivashankar were named Players of the Match.

Narayan Seva Sansthan President Prashant Agarwal announced that the final match between Mumbai and Karnataka would take place on Friday at 10 a.m. at the BN Ground, highlighting Rajasthan's commendable performance in reaching the semi-finals.

DCCI Secretary Ravikant Chauhan shared statistics from the championship, noting that in 66 matches, 13,709 runs were scored across 132 innings, featuring 1,368 fours and 384 sixes. Divyang players recorded 4 centuries and 43 half-centuries. Bowlers took 964 wickets, with 299 catches, 35 stumpings, and 39 maiden overs adding to the fielding achievements of the tournament.
