###Paras Health Udaipur Hosts Awareness Program on World Health Day

Udaipur: Paras Health Udaipur, in collaboration with Raffles Udaipur, organized a ‘Health Talk’ on the occasion of World Health Day to promote preventive healthcare and community well-being. The primary objective of the session was to spread awareness about prevention, early disease detection, and overall health management.

The program focused on three important yet often neglected areas—gastroenterology, lung health, and oral health—highlighting their crucial role in improving quality of life. The session was conducted by Paras Health doctors including Dr. Mansi Vadgama (Consultant Pulmonology), Dr. Shraddha Sharma (Senior Consultant Gastroenterology), and Dr. Aditi Bali (Pedodontist).

The experts discussed early symptoms, risk factors, preventive screenings, and lifestyle modifications that can help in preventing or managing chronic diseases. Observed annually, World Health Day emphasizes the importance of building a healthier society, and the session reinforced how awareness, regular health check-ups, and timely treatment can lead to better health outcomes.

Sharing insights on the initiative, Facility Director Dr. Prasoon Kumar stated that patients often approach hospitals at advanced stages of illness due to ignorance of early symptoms. He emphasized that many conditions related to the stomach, lungs, and oral health develop gradually and often go unnoticed in early stages. Through such community health talks, the aim is to encourage people to recognize warning signs, seek timely medical advice, and understand the importance of preventive screenings.
