Udaipur, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT) will organize its 19th Convocation Ceremony on Monday, December 22, 2025, marking a significant academic milestone for the university.
During the ceremony, undergraduate students who passed in the academic session 2024–25, along with postgraduate (Master’s) and doctoral (Ph.D.) scholars who qualified between November 11, 2024, and November 22, 2025, will be conferred their degrees. Gold Medals will also be awarded to meritorious students for outstanding academic achievements.
Graduates from diverse faculties—including Agriculture, Engineering & Technology, Community Science, Dairy & Food Technology, and Fisheries—will be honored during the convocation.
Emphasizing the importance of the event, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Pratap Singh stated that the convocation is one of the university’s most prestigious academic functions. To ensure its smooth and successful conduct, multiple committees have been constituted.
Dr. Singh further informed that a review and progress meeting was held on December 2, 2025, with conveners, co-conveners, and committee members to assess preparedness. Key focus areas included planning and coordination, budgeting, venue finalization, chief guest arrangements, guest list and invitations, logistics and equipment, awards and medals, and rehearsal schedules.
The upcoming convocation reflects MPUAT’s continued commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and the holistic development of its students.
