###GMCH Leads Health Talk Show on Preventive Care

Udaipur: Taking a proactive step towards promoting preventive healthcare, Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital (GMCH), in association with the Business Circle International (BCI), organized a grand and insightful Health Talk Show at Wyndham Garden, Bhuvana.


The event witnessed the presence of prominent citizens, business leaders, BCI members, and healthcare professionals, reflecting strong community engagement in health awareness initiatives.

Addressing the gathering, GMCH CEO Rishi Kapoor highlighted that changing lifestyles, rising stress levels, and unhealthy habits are significantly contributing to the increasing burden of diseases. He emphasized that GMCH is committed not only to providing advanced treatment but also to spreading awareness about disease prevention and healthy living.


Renowned cardiologist Dr. Sanjay Gandhi delivered an in-depth session on cardiac care, stating that heart diseases are rapidly emerging as a major health concern due to sedentary lifestyles, excessive consumption of junk food, and mental stress. He advised adopting regular exercise, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and periodic health check-ups. He also cautioned against ignoring warning signs such as chest pain, breathlessness, and anxiety.

Speaking on neurological health, Dr. Anish Jukkarwala explained that increasing screen time, sleep deprivation, and mental pressure are leading to a rise in neurological disorders. He elaborated on conditions like migraine, stroke, and epilepsy, and stressed the importance of yoga, meditation, and positive thinking for maintaining mental well-being.

GMCH Head – Marketing Kalpesh Chand Rajbar stated that the primary objective of such initiatives is to deliver accurate and meaningful health information to every section of society. He reiterated that GMCH remains committed to offering high-quality healthcare services through advanced infrastructure and experienced medical professionals, and will continue organizing such awareness programs in collaboration with BCI.

An interactive session during the event allowed participants to directly engage with doctors and seek solutions to their health concerns, making the program highly informative and engaging.

The event concluded with active participation from BCI officials, members, and a large number of attendees, reinforcing the importance of community-driven healthcare awareness.
