18th Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF 2026) to Be Held in Delhi for the First Time

A Global Dialogue for World Cinema | For the First Time in India, 1000+ Film Professionals Under One Roof

Jaipur |  Renowned worldwide as a pioneer of innovation and recognized as one of the largest competitive film festivals in global fiction cinema, the 18th Jaipur International Film Festival (JIFF 2026) will be organized for the first time in New Delhi, instead of Jaipur. The prestigious festival will take place from 13 to 15 February 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

The decision to host JIFF 2026 in Delhi is not merely a change of venue, but a bold step toward shaping a new global voice for the present and future of cinema. With this vision, JIFF 2026 is being positioned in support of the GLOBAL CINE CONFLUENCE – Delhi Film Convention & Summit 2026, creating a powerful platform for dialogue on world cinema, culture, and creative leadership.

This year, JIFF 2026 will bring together more than 1,000 film professionals—including filmmakers, directors, producers, writers, actors, and cinema scholars—from over 50 countries, all under one roof. This marks a historic first in India, showcasing an unprecedented convergence of global cinema talent.

The festival will feature participation of over 600 films, including a significant number of Indian and World Premiere feature films. In addition, special screenings of internationally acclaimed and award-winning films will be presented during the festival.

The Red Carpet Opening Ceremony of JIFF 2026 will be held on 13 February 2026, followed by the Grand Award Ceremony on 14 February 2026. The festival will also host a wide range of workshops, seminars, panel discussions, and one-to-one dialogues, offering meaningful engagement and insight into the future of the film industry.

Key parallel platforms such as the Jaipur Film Market (JFM)International Co-Production Meet, and the International Screenplay Competition (ISC@JIFF) will also be organized, fostering global collaboration, investment opportunities, and creative partnerships.
