"When I read this scene, what struck me the most was how quickly a woman’s character is questioned the moment she stands on her own. Anvita is placed in an extremely uncomfortable position where she has to face judgment in front of everyone, which could shake anyone. But Anvita decides she will not let these allegations define her. Instead of reacting with anger, she holds on to the truth and stands tall with confidence. Personally, I feel women are judged too quickly for their choices, which made this scene very real for me. Anvita’s quiet strength was deeply felt during the shoot."
