Udaipur: Faculty members and students of Pacific Dental College & Hospital, Debari, Udaipur delivered an impressive performance at the prestigious national conference NMOCON 2026. Representing the North-West region, Chittor province, and Udaipur metropolitan area, Dr. Rahul Jain, Dr. Rajesh Malik, Dr. Mohitpal Singh, along with students from Pacific Dental College & Hospital and Rabindranath Tagore College, Udaipur, achieved remarkable accomplishments.
The conference was held from March 19 to March 22 in Vadodara, Gujarat, with participation from around 1,800 delegates across the country. One of the key highlights of the event was a cycle rally from the Statue of Unity to Vadodara, in which nearly 50 participants from Pacific Dental College enthusiastically took part, showcasing patriotism, discipline, and social awareness.
On this occasion, the Vice Principal of the college, Dr. Mohitpal Singh, delivered an insightful guest lecture on the topic “Palliative Care in Dentistry.” His presentation was highly appreciated by experts and participants and was recognized as a significant subject in modern dental practice.
During the conference, students actively participated in various academic and cultural competitions, including e-poster presentations, elocution, oral presentations, rangoli making, cultural events, and youth parliament. The college students secured first place in cultural programs and rangoli competition, second place in elocution, and second place in e-poster presentation.
These achievements reflect not only the talent, hard work, and dedication of the students but also the institution’s commitment to providing quality education and holistic development. The inaugural and closing ceremonies of the conference were conducted in the presence of the Health Minister of Gujarat, who praised the enthusiasm and talent of the participants.
