Jaipur: Sapta Shakti Command successfully conducted a two-day “Augmented Wellness” Seminar at Sagat Singh Auditorium, Bathinda Military Station on 11 and 12 May 2026 for officers, soldiers and their families. Over 2,500 personnel attended the Seminar which focused on holistic wellness, resilience and operational readiness. 11 distinguished speakers delivered valuable insights and shared their experiences.
Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command, delivered an insightful talk on ‘Prism of Military Life’. The eminent speakers covered the vast canvas on the subject in which Lieutenant General Narendra Kotwal (Retd) shared experience on ‘The Paradox of Fit Soldier’, Lieutenant General DP Pandey (Retd) expressed views on ‘Fostering Organisation Climate’ and Col Gopal Karunakaran (Retd) gave insight on ‘Forged by the Uniform’. Subject Matter Experts (SME) like Rachna Ranade, CA & Financial Planning Expert, delivered a talk on ‘Financial Aspirations & Management for Soldier’s, Dr Seema Rao, Commando Trainer and Physical Health Expert, expressed views on ‘Building a Resilient Warrior’ and Mr Ryan Fernando, Nutritionist, gave insights on ‘Fuel for Body, Fit for Life’.
This seminar forms a part of the ongoing endeavours of Sapta Shakti Command to foster a culture of wellness among troops and their families. Integrating wellness and emotional stability into the Army’s way of life and ethics, this initiative intends to build a more resilient, cohesive and operationally effective force. This will also enhance morale and motivation in the forces and lead towards effective force preservation and national security.
