Panchwati Samiti Hosts Holi Milan Celebration

Udaipur: A vibrant Holi Milan Samaroh and International Women’s Day celebration was organized by the Panchwati Samiti with the objective of honouring women and strengthening social harmony in the community.

Providing details about the event, Vice President Manish Joshi stated that Pradeep Kumawat attended the function as the Chief Guest, while Sushil Dashora, Sushma Kumawat, Omprakash Agrawal, DPS founder Govind Agrawal, and B.L. Paliwal were present as distinguished guests. On the occasion, the Women’s Club presented several cultural and social performances that added enthusiasm to the celebration.

The guests were welcomed by Panchwati Samiti President Savyasachi Bhatnagar. Under the guidance of Praveena Porwal, President of the Panchwati Women’s Club, nearly 75 women were honoured for their contributions. Senior citizens of the Panchwati area were also felicitated in recognition of their valuable role in society.

During the Senior Citizens Felicitation Ceremony, Mahesh Puri Goswami, Tej Singh Manawat, Ashalata Kachhwa, Shobha Babel, and Sudha Acharya were honoured. On this occasion, it was also decided that the Panchwateshwar Hanuman Temple in the area would undergo renovation and be developed into a grand structure in the coming year.

The event saw active participation from members of the Panchwati Women’s Club including President Praveena Porwal, Secretary Kusum Bhansali, Dr. Meena Babel, Treasurer Parveen, Patron Anita Bhatnagar, Pramila Porwal, Gunjan, and Shilpa, who conducted the women’s Housie game and the felicitation ceremony.

Among those present were Panchwati Samiti members Deepak Jain, Manish Acharya, Praful Manawat, Manish Joshi, Naveen Upadhyay, and Narayan Sharma along with several other prominent citizens. The programme was compered by former councillor Ajay Porwal, while the vote of thanks was delivered by programme coordinator Yatindra Babel.
