Udaipur – With the devotional recitation of Shri Adinath Vidhan, the series of programs for Prathmesh–2026 (celebrating the Birth and Tap Kalyanak Mahotsav of Lord Rishabhdev) has formally commenced. The event was organized on March 1 at Shri Neminath Jinalaya in the presence of hundreds of devotees.
The program was conducted by the Akhil Bharatiya Digambar Jain Yuva Parishad, a supporting organization of Shri Mewar Jain Yuva Sansthan.
Patron Paras Singhvi stated that the ceremony marked the auspicious beginning of the Prathmesh–2026 event series, which is dedicated to commemorating the birth and penance enlightenment (Tap Kalyanak) of Rishabhanatha (Lord Rishabhdev).
Sansthan President Nirmal Malvi informed that the Shri Adinath Vidhan ceremony was performed with religious fervor. Various devotees participated in symbolic roles including Saudharm Indra–Indrani, Kubera Indra, and Sanat Kumar Indra. The rituals were conducted under the guidance of Pandit Sunil Jain Shastri.
Working President Shantilal Gangawat and General Secretary Rajesh Devda appealed to members of the community to actively participate in all upcoming Prathmesh–2026 programs to promote religious values and spiritual awareness.
Minister Gaurav Ganodiya, Treasurer Hemendra Damavat, and Joint Treasurer Ashok Goddot further informed that a meeting has been scheduled with community presidents and representatives of all youth and women’s organizations functioning under Shri Mewar Jain Yuva Sansthan. During the meeting, the official invitation brochure for the forthcoming events will be formally released.
