Udaipur – The Udaipur Wholesale Gold Jewellers Association and Paramarth Seva Sansthan jointly organized a blood donation camp and a grand Holi-themed हास्य Kavi Sammelan at Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal to mark the birthday of Yashwant Aanchaliya.

The poetic evening was filled with humor and satire, leaving the audience in splits. The event was graced by Congress State General Secretary Lalsingh Jhala, Deputy Superintendent of Police Jitendra Aanchaliya, social worker Anil Punamiya, Dr. Mahendra Sojatia of Sojatia Jewellers, Prakash Paliwal from Miraj Group, Mohan Makhija of Alankar Jewellers, and former RNT Principal Dr. Lakhan Poswal. The समारोह was presided over by City MLA Tarachand Jain.

The program began with a Saraswati Vandana by poetess Gauri Mishra. Satirist Tejnarayan Sharma “Bechain” from Gwalior captivated the audience with his sharp wit and humorous verses, receiving thunderous applause. The event was energetically hosted by Udaipur’s poet Rao Ajatshatru, who added charm with his Holi-themed compositions such as “Keechad uske paas tha, mere paas gulaal…” and playful verses celebrating the colors of Holi. His lively anchoring kept the audience thoroughly engaged.

On this occasion, Association Patron Yashwant Aanchaliya welcomed the guests and shared that for the past several years, the Association has been organizing Kavi Sammelans during Holi to provide healthy entertainment for the city. This year, the third blood donation camp was organized to support those in need.
