Master Class for Hospitality Staff:
BCI Founder and Chairman, Mukesh Madhwani, stated that a ‘Master Class’ will soon be organized to provide basic guidance and training in tourism and hospitality to employees working at various hotels across Udaipur.
During the visit, Dr. Gattani shared detailed insights about Oriental Palace Resorts, explaining operational strategies and the importance of guest experience. She highlighted that the first official meeting of BCI Tourism is scheduled for March 24 at 5 PM.
She also noted that a successful resort is built not just on bricks and mortar but on skilled management and superior guest experiences. The purpose of the visit was to provide members with live demonstrations of operational models that they could implement in their own businesses, fostering continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within BCI.
Practical Industry Insights:
Mukesh Madhwani stressed the importance of understanding the hospitality sector for modern entrepreneurs, noting that each BCI chapter conducts a monthly workplace visit to allow members to learn from one another’s businesses.
