### What is Precision Health?

Director Pushpendra Parmar explained that generally people visit doctors only after falling ill. But imagine if you could know in advance that a disease is developing in your body, even before symptoms appear. That is exactly what Precision Health aims to do.

Precision Health is a modern healthcare approach in which DNA and blood tests are used to analyze a person’s genetic makeup and internal body condition. Based on this analysis, personalized recommendations regarding diet, lifestyle, and medicines are provided.

According to experts, this technology can help prevent diseases before they occur and support a healthier and longer life.
