Dr. Prithviraj Singh Banedia Elected President of Mewar Kshatriya Mahasabha, Udaipur

Udaipur: Dr. Prithviraj Singh Banedia has been elected as the new President of the Mewar Kshatriya Mahasabha Sansthan, Udaipur, while Bhawani Singh Dabla has been elected as Minister. The newly formed team was welcomed and administered the oath during the General Assembly meeting.

The General Assembly of the Mahasabha was held on Sunday, March 29, at Moraan Medpaat Bhawan, Chitrakoot Nagar, under the अध्यक्षता of Central President Balu Singh Kanawat. He welcomed all dignitaries of the organization, established in 1941, and presented the annual report along with details of the work carried out so far.

Following the meeting, results of the elections held on March 27 for the Udaipur city, Girwa, and Badgaon tehsil units were officially announced. All candidates were elected unanimously and unopposed.

From the Udaipur city unit, Dr. Prithviraj Singh Banedia was elected President. Other office bearers include Chandraveer Singh Boraj as Vice President, Bhawani Singh Dabla as Minister, Balveer Singh Kuncholi as Joint Secretary, and Shambhu Singh Savina as Treasurer.

In his address, newly elected President Dr. Banedia emphasized making the upcoming Maharana Pratap Jayanti celebrations grand. He also highlighted plans to create employment opportunities for youth, provide free coaching, and implement various welfare initiatives for community development.

He further stated that the organization will focus on promoting talent within the community and ensuring recognition. Education will remain a key priority, and free coaching facilities will be arranged if needed.

Senior members of the society and the outgoing executive committee congratulated the new team, followed by the oath-taking ceremony. Outgoing President Chandraveer Singh Kareliya also addressed the gathering and shared insights from his six-year tenure.

Badgaon Unit Team:
Jaswant Singh Jhala (President), Padam Singh Chauhan (Vice President), Kishan Singh Devda (Minister), Sohan Singh Jhala (Joint Secretary), and Rajendra Singh Jhala (Treasurer) were elected unanimously.

Girwa Unit Team:
Takhat Singh Devda (President), Gopal Singh Sisodia (Vice President), Shoorveer Singh Devda (Minister), Surendra Singh Chundawat (Organization Minister), and Nahar Singh Devda (Treasurer) were also elected unanimously without opposition.
