Consumer Awareness Program Organized by Consumer Protection Organization at Badola Workshop

Udaipur | The Consumer Protection Organization organized a one-day consumer awareness program titled “Jago Grahak Jago” at the Badola showroom located near Thokar Chouraha, marking the successful completion of four years of the organization.

The main objective of the program was to make customers aware of their consumer rights.

National President Dr. Rajshree Gandhi stated that the customer is the king of the market, and therefore companies have a moral responsibility towards consumers to provide better facilities, quality service, genuine spare parts, and complete information regarding vehicle maintenance. She emphasized that such awareness can help prevent future accidents and ensure customer safety.

Badola Director Nakshatra Talesara said that under their social responsibility initiative, a lottery scheme has been introduced for satisfied customers, where special gifts will be distributed during upcoming events. He added that the campaign aims to prioritize quality service and timely delivery along with customer care. He also emphasized that customer satisfaction remains their top priority and similar campaigns will continue in the future.

Talesara also organized an interactive session between the organization and customers, where customers shared their experiences, feedback, and suggestions.

Member of the organization’s Board of Advisory, Vivek Dalawat, congratulated and extended his best wishes to all customers. He advised vehicle owners to drive carefully, get their vehicles serviced regularly, and strictly follow traffic rules.

As part of the campaign, Service Manager Sandeep conducted an inspection of the service center and shared suggestions to further improve customer satisfaction.

During the inspection, discussions were also held regarding the health and safety of workshop workers.

On behalf of the organization, National Coordinator Shirish Nath Mathur and spokesperson Pradeep Rawani informed customers about the “Jago Grahak Jago” campaign and stressed that awareness and alertness are essential in the modern technological era.
