Udaipur: The New Year celebration organized by **Vigyan Samiti** witnessed a delightful blend of literature, music, and humor, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and joy. The program was efficiently conducted by the Secretary, **Dr. R.K. Garg**. Distinguished guests including **Randhir Singh Chaudhary, Mahip Bhatnagar, and R.K. Chatur** were present on the dais.
Media In-charge **Professor Vimal Sharma** informed that the program began with the committee’s anthem, followed by a welcome address by the Committee President **Professor Mahip Bhatnagar**. In his address, he reflected on the meaning of a year, describing it as a book of one’s life with **12 chapters and 365 pages**, where every individual writes one page each day through their actions.
For their notable achievements during the past year, **Prof. Mahip Bhatnagar, Prof. Prem Suman Jain, Dr. Anurag Talesara, Dr. Sujan Singh, Ravindra Bhatnagar, Avinash Bhatnagar, Dr. Neha Lodha, and Dharmendra Vaishnav** were felicitated with tilak, shawls, and traditional honors.
**Cultural Performances Enthralled the Audience:**
B.L. Chawat rendered the song *“Hai Apna Dil To Awara”*, Dr. K.L. Kothari recited his self-composed poem, Shiva Talesara presented *“Tere Sur Aur Mere Geet”*, and Geeta Singh sang *“Hum Tumhein Chahte Hain Aise.”* Prof. Mahip Bhatnagar entertained the audience with a humorous anecdote titled *“Mahila Ki Abhilasha Bana Mobile”* and recited a poem *“Yeh Desh Kiska Hai.”*
Other contributors included **R.K. Khokhawat** (self-composed poem), **Renu Bhandari** (humor), **Prakash Tated** (self-composed song), **Shiv Ratan Tiwari**, **R.K. Chatur** (poems), and **Ranjit Singh Chaudhary**, who shared memories of the passing year.
