Udaipur: The fifth edition of the Maharana Pratap Annual Geopolitics Dialogue (MPAGD) 2026, organized by the USANAS Foundation, will be held on 13–14 March 2026 in Udaipur. This prestigious international conference is being conducted with the support of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Dr. Abhinav Pandya, Founder and CEO of USANAS Foundation, stated that the theme for this year’s dialogue is “From Conflict to Consensus: Navigating Peace through Complex Challenges.” The theme highlights the urgent need for dialogue, consensus, and peace amid rising global conflicts, strategic competition, and instability. The conference will host distinguished diplomats, scholars, policymakers, and strategic experts from India and abroad.
The Chief Guest of the conference will be Lieutenant General Syed Ata Hasnain, Honorable Governor of Bihar, while the Keynote Address will be delivered by Daniel Benaim, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Peninsula Affairs. During the event, the Maharana Pratap Annual Fellow Awards will be presented by Maharana Vishwaraj Singh of Mewar. The conference sessions will feature detailed discussions on key contemporary issues in global politics and security, including major power rivalries, terrorism and counterterrorism challenges, India’s evolving role in the changing global order, geo-economics, trade tariffs, and international trade tensions. Through these deliberations, the dialogue aims to foster a deeper understanding of global challenges and enrich policymaking discourse.
Over the past few years, the Maharana Pratap Annual Geopolitics Dialogue has emerged as a significant platform for international strategic discussions. Previous editions have seen participation from global dignitaries such as Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, former President of Croatia; Jawad Anani, former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Jordan; and Hardeep Singh Puri, India’s Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The dialogue thus provides policymakers, scholars, and strategic experts a forum for rigorous, meaningful, and forward-looking discussions on contemporary global challenges and evolving international dynamics.
