‘Business Icon Awards’ to Honor 23 Prominent Udaipur Industrialists on International Businessman Day 2026: Mukesh Madhwani

Udaipur: A historic and global initiative will take place in the city of lakes, Udaipur, on 23rd March, marking the celebration of the world’s first International Businessman Day in honor of entrepreneurs and business leaders. The grand ceremony will be held at Windham Garden, Bhuvana, starting at 5:00 PM. IG Gaurav Srivastava and District Collector Namit Mehta are expected to attend the event as distinguished guests.

The event is organized by Business Circle International (BCI), with Windham Garden as the venue partner, Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) as the medical partner, and Ruksana Sabunwala (D+ Shandar), Dr. Sonu Jain (Swarna Gold, Silver & Diamond), and Kumud Gehlot (The KPM Motors) as associate sponsors. During this special evening, 23 of Udaipur’s leading industrialists will be honored with the Business Icon Award for their exemplary contributions.

Mukesh Madhwani, Founder and Chairman of BCI, emphasized that an entrepreneur’s role goes beyond business operations. “Entrepreneurs create new employment opportunities in society and play a crucial role in strengthening the nation’s economy. While business leaders are often viewed merely as economic actors, they are in fact key contributors to nation-building,” he said.

Madhwani further highlighted that while large industrial houses often make headlines, small and medium enterprises also play an equally vital role in fortifying India’s economy.
