Self-Defence Training and “Swarn Prashan Sanskar” Conducted in Camp

Udaipur: On the fourth day of the ongoing children’s cultural camp organized by the Sanatan Pathshala Committee, Udaipur, participants were trained in self-defence techniques to help them confidently handle adverse situations. The training is being conducted under the guidance of the Superintendent of Police, Udaipur, as per the instructions of the Additional Superintendent of Police (City), by the Kalika Petroleum Team.

Ayurveda experts Chandrakala Arya, Rekha Mogra, and Shakuntala Gilundia administered the “Swarn Prashan Sanskar” to enhance immunity in children and protect them from seasonal summer illnesses. The children were also provided with Amritdhara medicine as part of the program.

Yoga instructor Jignesh Sharma conducted sessions including Surya Namaskar, Vrikshasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Anulom-Vilom, Sheetali, Shitkari, Bhramari Pranayama, and other subtle exercises for personality development.

Camp coordinator Bhupendra Sharma provided practical training in daily Agnihotra and highlighted the importance of the five great Yajnas—Brahma Yajna, Deva Yajna, Pitri Yajna, Atithi Yajna, and Bali Vaishva Yajna—encouraging participants to take a daily pledge to perform them.

Kuldeep Joshi from Sanskrit Bharati, Chittorgarh region, taught Sanskrit counting and useful conversational sentences. Camp coordinator Navneet Bhatt issued necessary guidelines related to the camp.

The program concluded with laughter yoga, group slogans, collective peace prayers, and distribution of prasad. A total of 35 trainees are participating in this seven-day camp being held at Pine World School, Sector 5, with the aim of developing them into cultured, God-fearing, and patriotic individuals. The camp runs daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
