Udaipur Range Police’s “Cyber Shield” and “Jeevan Raksha Abhiyan” Receive Strong Public Support

Udaipur: The Udaipur Range Police is actively running the “Cyber Shield” campaign and “Jeevan Raksha Abhiyan – Towards a Safe Journey” to raise awareness among the public about cyber safety and road safety. To ensure wider outreach and greater public participation, posters containing campaign links and information were released on Monday by Gaurav Srivastava at his office.

On this occasion, IG Srivastava said that awareness is extremely important in today’s time to prevent cybercrime and road accidents. He appealed to all sections of society to join these initiatives and demonstrate responsible citizenship. He also informed that participants who complete the online link-based activity will be awarded a certificate signed by the Superintendent of Police of their respective district.

He further stated that more than 10,000 people have already joined the “Cyber Shield” campaign, while over 8,000 citizens have participated in the “Jeevan Raksha Abhiyan,” showing strong awareness towards safety.

During the program, Sindhu Binujit from UNICEF Rajasthan explained the objectives and usefulness of the online links and digital resources developed under these campaigns. She said that these initiatives are helping to educate the public, especially youth and children, about cyber safety, online vigilance, and safe road behavior.

The Udaipur Range Police has appealed to the public to join these campaigns, become aware themselves, and help spread safety awareness among their families and society, contributing to a safer and more responsible community.
