Grand Launch of Philosophical Poetry Book “Antim Sakshi” at PIMS

Udaipur — A grand book launch ceremony for the philosophical poetry collection “Antim Sakshi” was held at the Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Umarda, in a dignified and vibrant atmosphere. The Chairman of the institute, Ashish Agrawal, formally unveiled the book, congratulated the author, and described the work as highly valuable for students as well as society.

The author of the book, Dr. Anant Prakash Gupta, Principal of Venkateshwar Institute of Paramedical Sciences and a renowned homeopathic physician of the Udaipur region, shared that “Antim Sakshi” is not merely a collection of poems but a philosophical journey exploring deep human questions, self-reflection, and self-realization. He emphasized that the book does not claim any ultimate truth; rather, it encourages readers to look within and engage in a dialogue with themselves. He added that life is not given to us in a ready-made form—we shape it through our choices, courage, and pursuit of truth. The book thoughtfully presents themes such as freedom, fear, solitude, emptiness, and self-acceptance, inspiring readers to become more aware and honest about their lives.

Dr. Prashant Nahar, Vice Chancellor of Sai Tirupati University, described the book as a beautiful blend of knowledge and sensitivity, stating that it will guide students toward positive thinking and deeper contemplation, helping them understand the true meaning of life. Dr. Suresh Goyal, Principal of PIMS Medical College, remarked that the work encourages students to explore philosophical aspects of life and engage in self-reflection, contributing to their overall development.

Deputy Registrar Dr. Kanupriya Tiwari called the book thought-provoking and emotionally rich, noting that it inspires readers to introspect and move toward self-realization. HR Head Charu Tak highlighted that the poetry collection would serve as a guiding force for youth in understanding life values. Research Dean Dr. Bharat Parasara congratulated the author, stating that the work is significant not only from a literary perspective but also as an inspiration for research and intellectual inquiry.

Dr. Ganesh Sir, Head of the Anatomy Department, observed that “Antim Sakshi” presents a fine harmony between science and philosophy, motivating students to understand the deeper meanings of life. Dr. Dilip Parik added that the book will inspire young readers to recognize their life goals and move in the right direction.

On this occasion, guests and students appreciated the content of the book and described it as highly inspiring for youth. The event was attended by several distinguished guests, faculty members, and students, including Yash Jain, Piyush Sharma, Neetu Vishwas, Tamanna, and Aman Vashishtha. The entire program reflected a spirit of literary enthusiasm and intellectual depth.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the organizers, and the program was skillfully anchored by Divya Aatre.
