Dr. Renu Poonia Honoured with State-Level Award

Sri Ganganagar:It is a matter of pride for Sri Ganganagar district that its daughter, Dr. Renu Poonia, was honoured under the Special Category at the state-level function held in Jaipur on the occasion of National Voters’ Day. The prestigious honour was conferred by the Honourable Governor.

Dr. Renu Poonia is currently serving in the Election Department as Officer on Special Duty (Training) and Media Nodal Officer, where she has been playing a crucial role. She has made significant contributions toward strengthening the electoral process, enhancing voter awareness, ensuring effective implementation of training programmes, and maintaining efficient media coordination.

In recognition of her outstanding and dedicated service in these areas, she was selected for this state-level honour. The award ceremony was attended by senior officials of the Election Department, administrative officers, and other distinguished guests.
