Sri Ganganagar: The programme “Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai” (This Is What Living Truly Means), organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Vaishya Mahasammelan under the aegis of the Tapovan Senior Citizen Service Committee at the Tapovan Hathai Centre, proved to be a vibrant and inspiring celebration of life.
The event was marked by enthusiasm, warmth, and active participation from senior citizens. Delivering the keynote address, Amarchand Borad spoke about the importance of leading a positive, happy, and meaningful life. Chief Guest Mahesh Pediawal appreciated the Vaishya Mahasammelan for its unique initiative and expressed hope that similar service-oriented programmes would continue in collaboration with Tapovan.
The cultural segment featured soulful musical performances by Gurmukh Singh, while Vinod Bihani and Vimal Bihani also entertained the audience with heartfelt songs, including the title track “Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai.” Senior citizens enthusiastically participated in singing, dancing, and group celebrations, demonstrating that age is merely a number and that the true essence of life lies in joy, enthusiasm, and togetherness.
Gift kits were distributed to all senior citizens by the Mahasammelan, and the guests were honoured with mementoes. Naval Soni, a key contributor to the event, was also felicitated for his support. The programme was compered by Vinod Bihani.
