Kota: The biennial elections of the Mewara Kalal Samaj were successfully conducted at the Mewara Samaj Bhawan.
In the elections, Durgashankar Mewara was elected as President, defeating Madhusudan Mewara. For the post of Senior Vice President, senior journalist Sanjay Verma Vivek secured a record number of votes, defeating Hariom Mewara.
Ashok Mewara was elected unopposed as General Secretary. Other elected पदाधिकारी include:

Organization Minister: Pramod Saroja
Deputy Minister: Rajendra Saroja
Auditor: Neelkanth Mewara
Cultural Minister: Mukesh Mewara

Additionally, 15 executive members were elected unopposed, including Satya Prakash Mewara, Suresh Mewara, Rajkumar Mewara, Bharat Mewara, Rakesh Mewara, Radheshyam Mewara, Shankar Malviya, Tarachand Mewara, Anil Saroja, Chetram Mewara, Sanjay Mewara, Mukut Bihari Mewara, Mulchand Mewara, Pulkit Mewara, Dharmveer Mewara, and Gajendra Saroja.
The election process was conducted peacefully under the supervision of Election Officer Vijay Kachhawa and Assistant Election Officer Pramod Kachhawa.
At the conclusion, the newly elected President expressed gratitude to all members. A community feast was organized afterward. The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected executive committee will be held soon.
