Jaipur: A prestigious event will be held at the Constitution Club of Rajasthan, Jaipur, where Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde and Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will inaugurate the book “Parliamentary Culture at Its Zenith: Two Years of Innovations,” documenting the two-year tenure of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani.

This publication was initiated on Speaker Devnani’s guidance to chronicle key innovations, reforms, and the strengthening of parliamentary traditions undertaken in the Rajasthan Assembly over the past two years. The event will be attended by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Jully, and other eminent personalities from the constitutional, political, and social spheres of the state. Members of the Legislative Assembly, parliamentary experts, academicians, and distinguished citizens from various sectors will also participate.

Published by the Legislative Assembly Secretariat, the book provides a comprehensive account of Devnani’s efforts to make parliamentary procedures more effective, transparent, and citizen-centric, along with initiatives taken to reinforce parliamentary values. It highlights the new steps undertaken to enrich and strengthen the work culture of the Assembly. According to Devnani, this publication not only presents a detailed view of the Assembly’s procedural development but also serves as a key reference for strengthening democratic institutions and preserving parliamentary traditions.

The event will also feature a discussion on Speaker Devnani’s other notable work, “Unwavering Vision of Sanatan Culture,” which was recently inaugurated in New Delhi by Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan. Both books are expected to serve as valuable reference works for researchers, students, public representatives, and anyone interested in parliamentary processes.
