Udaipur: A meeting of community leaders was held at Neminath Jain Temple to discuss preparations for the upcoming birth anniversary celebrations of Lord Rishabhdev. The meeting was organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Digambar Jain Yuva Parishad with the support of the Mewar Jain Yuva Sansthan. During the meeting, the official invitation for the celebrations was also released.

President of Mewar Jain Yuva Sansthan, Nirmal Malvi, informed that several prominent members of the Jain community attended the meeting. Key attendees included President of the Sakal Digambar Jain Community Shantilal Velawat, Advisory Head Mahendra Taya, along with Shantilal Gadawat, Rishabh Jansingot, Sumtilal Walawat, Janak Raj Soni, Ashok Godha, Dinesh Soni, Ramesh Shah, Sundarlal Dagaria, Suresh Padmawat, Rajesh Barjatya, Ashok Agrawal, Dinesh Nagda, Shantilal Nagda, Yogesh Akhawat, and Rajesh Partiiyot, along with presidents and secretaries of various youth and women’s organizations and executive members of the institute.

During the meeting, Shantilal Velawat and Mahendra Taya urged all community leaders to ensure that invitations for the Rishabhdev Jayanti celebrations reach every member of the community along with their families. The responsibility of distributing invitation cards among community representatives was assigned to the vice presidents of the institute.

Patron Paras Singhvi announced that a special cultural program titled “Ek Shaam Brahmi Sundari Ke Naam” will be organized on March 8 at 7:00 PM at Sukhadia Rangmanch Town Hall Udaipur. The event will be entirely managed, conducted, and hosted by women members of the community.

Working President Shantilal Gangawat and General Secretary Rajesh Devda informed that the main celebration of the birth anniversary will take place on March 12, 2026, at the Town Hall premises in Udaipur.

Minister Gaurav Ganodia, Treasurer Hemendra Damawat, and Treasurer Ashok Goddot stated that during the meeting, the invitation card for the upcoming celebrations was formally released jointly by all the dignitaries present.
