Superstar Singer Returns to Reignite Musical Magic

Mumbai,  Strengthening its promise of delivering diverse and engaging entertainment, Sony Pal is set to bring back the beloved musical reality show, Superstar Singer Season 1. The show will premiere on April 13, 2026, and will air every Monday to Saturday at 8:30 PM, offering viewers a nostalgic yet refreshing musical experience.

Known for discovering and nurturing young singing talent, the show earned immense popularity for its emotional storytelling and powerful performances by children. With a unique mentor-based format, it not only showcased talent but also shaped the “future of singing” in India.

The season features an illustrious judging panel comprising Alka Yagnik, Himesh Reshammiya, and Javed Ali, while the show is hosted by Jay Bhanushali. Four dynamic teams, led by captains Nitin Kumar, Jyotica Tangri, Salman Ali, and Sachin Kumar Valmiki, will compete across 24 episodes divided into four exciting weeks.

The premiere will kick off with a grand gala episode, revisiting some of the most memorable moments of the season. Adding to its charm, the show includes special themed episodes such as “The Epic 90s,” “Jai Jawan Jai Kisan,” “Shaadi Special,” “Mother’s Special,” and “Ganpati Special,” along with heartfelt tributes to legendary artists.
