###Grand Inauguration of Three-Day Rajasthan Industrial Trade Expo – RITEX 2026 in Udaipur

Udaipur: The second edition of the three-day Rajasthan Industrial Trade Expo – RITEX 2026 was grandly inaugurated on Friday, March 20, at BN College Ground in the City of Lakes. The expo, organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will continue until March 22. The exhibition will remain open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with free entry for all visitors.

According to Mukesh Madhavani, Convener of PHD Chamber Udaipur Division and Founder & Chairman of Business Circle International (BCI), the inauguration ceremony was graced by distinguished guests including Vikas Chandra Nayak, Regional General Manager (Ahmedabad) of the National Small Industries Corporation Limited under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India; Shailendra Sharma, General Manager, District Industries Centre Udaipur; Ajay Pandya, Additional General Manager, RIICO; along with Girish Sharma and Yashwant Singhvi.

Following the inauguration, dignitaries visited various stalls, interacted with exhibitors, and gathered insights about their products. They also guided rural entrepreneurs participating under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme, helping them understand government initiatives and how to leverage these schemes to expand their market reach.

RITEX 2026 has received support from the Industries Department, Government of Rajasthan, RIICO, and the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. An ODOP (One District One Product) Pavilion has been set up, featuring registered units from across Rajasthan. Additionally, under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme, a dedicated pavilion showcases participation from over 50 units.

On the final day, March 22, a seminar will be  held at 4:30 PM focusing on key policies including Rajasthan ODOP Policy 2024, Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024, and Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Yuva Udyami Yojana 2025, offering valuable insights to entrepreneurs.

The expo has attracted entrepreneurs and traders from various regions, including Jaipur, Pali, Bikaner, and other parts of the country, with more than 90 stalls displaying a wide range of products.

Delivering the welcome address, R. K. Gupta, Regional Director of PHD Chamber, expressed gratitude to all stakeholders and supporters. He emphasized that the success of RITEX is a collective effort and stated that the expo will serve as a milestone in opening new avenues for investment, innovation, and technology in Rajasthan’s industrial landscape.
