Rotary Honors Satish Jain With Top Award

UDAIPUR,Satish Jain, former president of Rotary Club Udaipur, has been conferred the Avenues of Service Award, one of Rotary International’s highest honors recognizing outstanding service to the community and the organization.

Former club president Anil Chhajed said the award is presented to Rotarians who demonstrate exceptional, selfless and inspiring service through sustained contributions to society and Rotary.

Unlike awards based on organizational positions or responsibilities, the Avenues of Service Award recognizes an individual's dedication to service, leadership, commitment to community welfare and overall personal contribution to Rotary's mission.

Under Rotary International guidelines, the honor can be bestowed upon a Rotarian only once during their lifetime, making it one of the organization's most distinguished recognitions.

The award embodies Rotary's guiding principle of "Service Above Self" and acknowledges individuals whose lifelong commitment to humanitarian service has made a meaningful impact on society.
