Udaipur: To mark the successful completion of two years of the state government’s tenure and to take details of government initiatives and achievements to the grassroots, the “Badhata Rajasthan – Hamara Rajasthan” Mobile LED Rath received a grand welcome at Bohra Ganesh Temple by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Udaipur City District.
The mobile LED Rath will remain in the Udaipur Assembly constituency for 15 days, presenting a comprehensive report card of the government’s work over the past two years to the general public.
The Rath was formally flagged off from Bohra Ganesh Temple by BJP City District President Gajpal Singh Rathore, Organization In-charge Harish Patidar, Co-incharges Sampat Sankhla and Pramod Samar, State Vice President Dr. Alka Mundada, former District President Mangilal Joshi, General Secretaries Paras Singhvi and Devilal Salvi, and Dr. Pankaj Borana.
Rath In-charge Karan Singh Shaktawat informed that on Saturday, the Rath visited various areas of Hiran Magri, where citizens were apprised of the development works and welfare schemes implemented by the state government. He said there was noticeable enthusiasm among the public during the outreach activities.
Addressing the gathering, Gajpal Singh Rathore said that the Rath will play a key role in taking the government’s achievements to every household. He stated that the BJP’s double-engine government has launched several public welfare schemes, and it is the responsibility of party workers to ensure that benefits reach every citizen. He added that nearly 70 percent of the promises made in the government’s election manifesto have been fulfilled within two years.
Rathore also informed that citizens can submit their grievances or suggestions for the upcoming state budget through a suggestion box installed in the LED van. “We believe not in making promises, but in delivering results,” he emphasized.
The event witnessed the presence of Mandal President Kanhaiya Vaishnav, Vijay Ahuja, Ranjeet Digpal, Mukesh Joshi, Manohar Chaudhary, Kiran Tated, Siddharth Sharma, Tushar Mehta, Rajendra Parihar, Sanjeev Jain, Shailendra Chauhan, Tulsi Nagda, along with a large number of party workers and local residents.
The programme was conducted by Paras Singhvi, while the vote of thanks was presented by Devilal Salvi.
