Sangam HR Forum Meet 2025 Successfully Concluded at Sangam University

Bhilwara: The Sangam HR Forum Meet 2025, organized by the Training and Placement Cell of Sangam University in collaboration with iBirds Software Services, Ajmer and HR Forum Bhilwara, was successfully held on 13 December 2025.

Program Convener and Deputy Director, Training and Placement, Dr. Anurag Sharma informed that in the first phase, a panel discussion on “Campus to Corporate Expectations and Challenges” was conducted. The panel featured Ms. Palak Modani along with senior HR professionals from reputed industries including Mr. Mukesh Pratap Singh (RCM), Ms. Shikha Tripathi (iBirds Software Services, Ajmer), Mr. Sanjay Tripathi (BSNL), Mr. M. P. Pareek, Mr. Anil Mehta, Mr. G. L. Nandwana, and Dr. Anurag Sharma.
During this session, students gained valuable insights into real-world corporate expectations, challenges, and key aspects of career growth. Experts also addressed students’ queries, making the interaction highly informative.

In the second phase, Vice Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena delivered a special session on “AI-Enabled HR”. In his address, he appreciated the efforts of the Training and Placement Cell for fostering industry collaboration, coordination with HR forums, and organizing such innovative events for the benefit of students. Prof. Saxena emphasized that such initiatives play a vital role in the holistic development of students and act as a bridge between academia and industry, creating new opportunities for a better future.

On this occasion, iBirds Software Services conducted a Tech Talk, and members of the HR Forum and the iBirds team were felicitated.

The successful execution of the program was supported by the significant contributions of Atul Parashar, Meenal Sharma, Dr. Surbhi Birla, Dr. Tanuja Singh, Vikram Yadav, Dr. Lokesh Tripathi, Dr. Rajkumar Jain, Mr. Harish Sharma, and Akshay Sharma. Active participation by student coordinators of the Training and Placement Cell ensured that the event was well-organized and highly successful.
