Strong Leadership and Effective Service Emphasized at Lions District 3233 E-2 PST Schooling

 

Udaipur: The PST Schooling (President, Secretary & Treasurer Schooling) for Club Presidents, Secretaries, and Treasurers of Region-4 and Region-5 of Lions International District 3233 E-2 was successfully conducted in an enthusiastic and dignified atmosphere at the main auditorium of RCA. The training program focused on club administration, leadership development, effective implementation of service projects, and organizational management.

The participants were welcomed by Region-4 Chairperson Lion Basanti Sharma and Region-5 Chairperson Lion Abhishek Sharma. In his inaugural address, District Governor Lion Nishant Jain outlined the district's service projects planned for the year, their objectives, and the importance of timely execution. He emphasized that the mission of Lions Clubs extends beyond carrying out service activities to creating lasting and meaningful social change.

Past International Director Lion V.K. Ladia highlighted that service, dedication, and leadership are the true hallmarks of Lionism and encouraged office bearers to work with sincerity and commitment for the betterment of society.

The Multiple Council Chairperson explained the process of reporting club activities through the digital portal, while Lion Akhilesh Joshi demonstrated the effective use of the District App for club operations and communication.

Past District Governor Lion Alok Vyas stressed the importance of goal setting and systematic planning. Past Multiple Council Chairperson Lion Sanjay Bhandari elaborated on the responsibilities of club presidents, committee formation, and effective delegation of duties. Past Multiple Council Chairperson Lion Arvind Sharma discussed the key responsibilities of club secretaries, emphasizing timely reporting, member communication, and efficient administrative coordination as essential factors for a successful club.

Past District Governors Lion Sudhir Sogani and Lion R.L. Kunawat guided the participants on the role of club treasurers, underscoring the importance of financial transparency, timely payment of dues, and maintaining accurate financial records.

During the valedictory session, certificates were presented to all participants. In the quiz competition, Kamlesh Kumawat secured the first position, Rajkumari finished second, and Bhagwati stood third. All resource persons and trainers were felicitated with mementos in recognition of their contributions.

The program was compered by Jitendra Sisodia. The event was attended by Past District Governors Lion Sanjay Bhandari, Lion Arvind Sharma, Lion Sudhir Sogani, Lion Alok Vyas, Lion Harish Acharya, along with a large number of Lions office bearers and members.
