Udaipur: Under the **Aashanvit Block program** initiated by the **Government of India’s NITI Aayog**, the **Sampurnata Abhiyan 2.0** was launched on Thursday in Khairwara. The inaugural event took place at the Panchayat Samiti auditorium, with **District Collector Namit Mehta** in attendance.
During the program, Collector Mehta reviewed the stalls set up by various departments, unveiled the campaign’s launch poster, and flagged off an awareness rally.
Addressing the gathering, **District Council CEO Riya Dabi** highlighted that in the first phase of the Sampurnata Abhiyan, Khairwara Block achieved significant milestones across various parameters. She also noted that during the **“Khushhal Khairwara” campaign in September 2025**, nearly 100% achievement was recorded across 12 key parameters. She stated that in the second phase, the campaign will continue until **14 April**, with the goal of achieving even better performance against the set standards.
### Instructions to Achieve 100% Targets
Collector **Namit Mehta** emphasized that during this two-and-a-half-month campaign, **all children up to six years old must be enrolled in Anganwadi centers**. In addition, all Anganwadis should have fully functional sanitation facilities, and departments should make **concerted and serious efforts** to achieve 100% targets across various parameters.
He further stated that the **Aashanvit Block program** is a nationally significant initiative that requires continuous monitoring. He expressed the expectation that **Khairwara Block’s ranking should be among the Top-10 at both state and national levels**.
### Awareness through Street Play
As part of the program, **Seva Mandir Sansthan** performed a street play focusing on themes such as **nutrition, prenatal care, immunization, and promotion of institutional deliveries**, which effectively conveyed awareness messages to the audience.
The event was attended by **SDM Jai Singh, Tehsildar Revanthram, Development Officer Madan Lohar**, and other district and sub-division level officials from various departments.
