MLA Shri Meena Extends Advance Congratulations to Scouts Participating in the State-Level Award Ceremony

Udaipur: Under the aegis of the Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides State Headquarters, Jaipur, the State Award Ceremony for Scouts and Guides, Rovers, and Rangers is being organized from February 9 to 12 at the State Training Centre, Jagatpura, Jaipur.

District Organization Commissioner (Scouts) Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey informed that from Udaipur district, 115 Scouts and 11 Rovers, and from Salumber district, 27 Scouts have successfully qualified in the State Award assessment process. To represent the district at the state-level ceremony, a delegation led by Scouter and Senior Training Counselor Dr. Bhagwati Lal Sahu of The Scholars Arena Senior Secondary School, R.K. Puram, Udaipur—including Gagan Salvi, Maulik Garasiya, Manan Menaria, and Mridul Puri Goswami—departed for Jaipur on Sunday.

On this occasion, Rural MLA Shri Phool Singh Meena felicitated Dr. Bhagwati Lal Sahu, Gagan Salvi, Maulik Garasiya, Manan Menaria, and Mridul Puri Goswami by presenting them with traditional *uparnas* and extended his congratulations.

MLA Shri Phool Singh Meena expressed confidence that under the leadership of Dr. Bhagwati Lal Sahu, these Scouts would bring glory to Udaipur by receiving the State Award at the hands of the Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Haribhau Bagde. He congratulated them in advance and conveyed his best wishes for their bright future.

District Organization Commissioner Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey further stated that while extending greetings, Principal of The Scholars Arena Senior Secondary School, R.K. Puram, Udaipur, Shri Lokesh Jain said that the Scouts traveling to Jaipur under Dr. Bhagwati Lal Sahu’s leadership would represent Udaipur district and participate in various activities such as march past, camp crafts, folk songs, folk dances, exhibitions, and other events.

On this occasion, Sharmila Jain, Vidushi Jain, Dr. Maya Trivedi, and Pankaj Mishra felicitated Dr. Bhagwati Lal Sahu and the Scouts by garlanding them and saw them off. Family members of all the Scouts were also present, who garlanded them and extended advance congratulations and best wishes.

Among those present at the program were Secretary Vidushi Jain, Assistant Scout Master Divyansh Brijwani, Seema Soni, Monika Kanthalia, Rita Yadav, Pramod Jain, and Dinesh Shrimali.
