Udaipur: The three-day India Build Expo 2026, being held at Field Club, has infused great enthusiasm into the city’s business environment right from its opening. Organized by the Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry (FORTI) in collaboration with MSME and managed by Yati Group, the expo has witnessed a massive footfall since day one, which further increased on the second day.
This exhibition, focused on real estate, interior, and exterior décor, has attracted not only local visitors but also traders from across the country, leading to major business inquiries and deal finalizations.
Everything Under One Roof
The expo showcases the latest range of home décor, office and resort furniture, lighting solutions, wall panels, and electronic products. Traders believe that such events not only boost local businesses but also provide a strong platform for emerging startups.
Visit by Poonam Kulria and Suresh Agrawal
Prominent industrialist Poonam Kulria and Suresh Agrawal, President of FORTI, visited the expo and explored various stalls. They remarked that Rajasthan’s business community is steadily progressing toward large-scale industries, sending a positive message across the country. They also emphasized that both small and large businesses are actively contributing to the state’s economic growth. Sharing their success mantra, they highlighted that hard work and strong faith are key to achieving success.
Suresh Agrawal expressed satisfaction over the success of India Build Expo 2026, calling it a major achievement. He appreciated the efforts of Praveen Suthar and Yati Group and announced that, given the success of this first edition, the expo will be organized on an even grander scale in Udaipur next year. Several key members of FORTI and associated organizations were also present during the visit.
Technology Meets Cooling: ITG Enterprises
Among the highlights of the exhibition is the stall of ITG Enterprises, which has become a major attraction. Proprietor Jayenu Joshi stated that the company specializes in cooling, ventilation, and fresh air systems. Their machines are capable of cooling areas ranging from 60 sq. ft. to 1 lakh sq. ft.
He further claimed that their air washer units and ductable cooler technology can reduce external temperatures by up to 15% within just 10–15 minutes, making them highly effective for large industrial spaces.
Mumbai’s Luxury Now in Udaipur: Lavish Homes
Farhan Aakib, founder of Lavish Homes from Mumbai, shared that the company manufactures dining tables, consoles, cabinets, and wall panels. Their products feature a unique blend of CP, camel wood, and resin on an MDF base. The firm supplies across India, offering premium products starting from ₹50,000, with prices varying based on design and customer requirements.
Rajasthani Art and Outdoor Furniture on Display
Divyansh Porwal from Indune Lifestyle, Udaipur, showcased an extensive range of wooden consoles, artifacts, and handicrafts that combine traditional and modern aesthetics.
Sawan Gangwani from The Outdoor Affair, Jaipur, presented customized outdoor furniture designed for cafés, resorts, and rooftops. A key highlight is the use of branded fabric with a 7-year warranty, ensuring durability against harsh sunlight, heavy rain, and extreme cold.
Overall, India Build Expo 2026 has emerged as a significant platform for business growth, innovation, and networking, strengthening Udaipur’s position in the trade and industry landscape.
