Yoga and Meditation Promote Healthy Living: Special Awareness Session Organized on International Yoga Day

Udaipur: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Wellness Touch & Salon, in collaboration with Marriott Hotel, organized a special Yoga and Meditation Awareness Session for guests and employees. The initiative aimed to promote the importance of yoga, meditation, and a healthy lifestyle while raising awareness about mental and physical well-being.

During the session, participants were introduced to various yoga practices and meditation techniques. Through guided yoga exercises and meditation, they learned about the benefits of stress management, mental peace, positive thinking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
