Lions Club Ashoka Felicitates Senior Doctors on Doctors’ Day

Udaipur: On the occasion of National Doctors’ Day, the Lions Club Ashoka organized a felicitation ceremony for senior and distinguished doctors of the city at Madhushree Banquet Hall, Ashoka Greens.

Club President Lion Dharamveer Singh Deval informed that Dr. Rajiv Pandya, Dr. Nishant Aswani, Dr. Juhi Nishant Aswani, and Dr. Gaurav Chhabra were honoured with shawls, traditional uparna, and mementos in recognition of their services.

Club Founder Lion Mukesh Madhwani said that doctors are the backbone of society, dedicated to protecting human health and saving lives in all circumstances. He highlighted the exceptional courage, commitment, and service shown by doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic and other challenging times, calling it an inspiration for society. He added that Doctors’ Day provides an opportunity to acknowledge and honour the invaluable contribution of the medical fraternity.

President Lion Dharamveer Singh Deval further stated that doctors bring hope into the lives of millions through their knowledge, experience, and dedication. Their role in building a healthy and strong society is extremely significant. He added that Lions Club Ashoka regularly honours individuals who have made outstanding contributions in various fields and will continue to organize such events in the future.

The honoured doctors expressed their gratitude to the club, saying that such recognition motivates them to serve society with even greater dedication.
