District Collector Conducts Annual Inspection of Girwa Tehsil and Panchayat Samiti Offices

Udaipur: District Collector Namit Mehta conducted an annual inspection of the Tehsil Office and Panchayat Samiti Office in Girwa on Monday, reviewing various administrative arrangements. During the visit, he thoroughly examined office functioning, record maintenance, public grievance systems, and the implementation status of government schemes.

At the Tehsil Office, the Collector reviewed the progress of revenue cases such as mutation, partition, land disputes, and other related matters. He directed officials to prioritize the disposal of pending cases and emphasized the need to provide timely services to the public. He also instructed proper maintenance of records and regular updating of digital records.

Subsequently, the Collector visited the Panchayat Samiti Office, where he assessed the progress of various development schemes, including the Swachh Bharat Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and other rural development programs. He instructed officials to ensure that the benefits of these schemes reach eligible beneficiaries on time and that quality is maintained in all works.

During the inspection, the Collector also reviewed the cleanliness of the office परिसर, staff attendance, record management, and public facilities. He directed officers and employees to maintain transparency and accountability in their work.

SDM Girwa Avula Saikrishna, Tehsildar Shyam Singh Charan, BDO Ajit Kumar Meena, along with officials and staff from various departments, were present during the inspection.
