Rotary Club Udaipur Pannadhay Extends Support for Maternal and Child Welfare

 

Udaipur: As part of its Maternal and Child Welfare Initiative, Rotary Club Udaipur Pannadhay donated essential supplies for new mothers at Pannadhay Government Women's Hospital, Udaipur. The club presented 100 petticoats and 500 sanitary napkins to the hospital to promote hygiene and provide basic necessities for economically underprivileged mothers.

The distribution programme was attended by Dr. Sushila Kohiwal, Superintendent of Pannadhay Government Women's Hospital, Dr. Sunita Shekhawat, Deputy Superintendent, and members of the hospital's nursing staff. They appreciated the Rotary Club's service initiative, describing it as a valuable contribution towards improving maternal and child healthcare.

Prominent members of the Rotary Club present on the occasion included CA Rtn. Rajendra Agrawal, Club President; Rtn. Anika Bhasin, Club Secretary; Rtn. Bhanupratap Dhaybhai, Club Patron; Rtn. Poonam Agrawal, Vice President; and Rtn. Dr. Richa Purohit, along with several other club members.

The programme was conducted by Rtn. Dr. Richa Purohit. Speaking on the occasion, Club President CA Rtn. Rajendra Agrawal said that Rotary Club Udaipur Pannadhay remains committed to serving society through initiatives in healthcare, education, and community welfare. He added that the club will continue to undertake meaningful public service projects to support those in need in the future.
