Chauhan Selected for Rajasthan Table Tennis Team

Udaipur:Laxman Singh Chauhan, a teacher at Government Senior Secondary School, Gundali (Sayra), has been selected to represent the Rajasthan Table Tennis Team in the National Table Tennis Championship (Men) 2025–26. The championship is being organized under the aegis of the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board, New Delhi, and will be held in Chandigarh from January 12 to January 16.

School Principal Chandrashekhar Nagda informed that Chauhan’s selection was made by the Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan. Alongside his teaching responsibilities, Chauhan is an accomplished table tennis player who has consistently delivered outstanding performances in state-level teachers’ sports competitions and civil services sports events, bringing pride to the Education Department.

Chauhan’s selection to the state team has been warmly celebrated by the school staff as well as villagers, who expressed their खुशी and best wishes for his success at the national level.
