Lokjan Seva Sansthan Executive Committee Meeting Concludes; Discussions Held on Felicitation Ceremonies

Udaipur: The executive committee meeting of **Lokjan Seva Sansthan** was held at the residence of its President, **Professor Vimal Sharma**. General Secretary **Jaikishan Chaubey** welcomed all members and presented the agenda of the meeting.

By unanimous consent, it was approved that during the **11th Anniversary Special Issue Launch Ceremony of *Akshay Lokjan* magazine**, all patrons, editorial board members, writers, advertisers, and associates who have been continuously contributing to the magazine’s success over the past ten years will be honored with certificates of appreciation. The event is scheduled to be held on **January 19** at the new auditorium of **Shramjivi College**, for which a coordinating team was appointed.

The meeting also included detailed discussions on the **five-day Maharana Bhupal Jayanti celebrations**, to be held from **February 11 to 15**. It was decided to organize a statue abhishek (ritual anointment) at Mohata Park, along with a seminar, poets’ conference, felicitation ceremony, and a Gayatri Yajna as part of the celebrations.

The meeting, chaired by **Dr. Vimal Sharma**, was attended by **Dr. Jayraj Acharya, Dr. Ramakant Sharma, Manohar Lal Mundra, Dr. Chain Shankar Dashora, Advocate Sunil Tripathi, Indra Singh Ranawat, Haji Sardar Mohammed, Arjun Lal Menaria, Bhavya Pratap Singh**, and other members.
