Udaipur: Under the direction of Namit Mehta, Excise Commissioner of Rajasthan, a special cleanliness drive was conducted on Saturday at the headquarters of the Excise Department Rajasthan in Udaipur.
During the campaign, Commissioner Mehta carried out a comprehensive inspection of the cleanliness arrangements across the entire office परिसर (premises). He also issued necessary instructions to officials to further strengthen and streamline the existing systems.
While inspecting various sections of the headquarters, he emphasized the effective implementation of cleanliness standards. He directed officers and staff to ensure regular cleaning of office premises and to maintain workplaces in a clean, organized, and efficient condition.
He also instructed that all obsolete and unusable materials in different sections should be disposed of promptly, so as to eliminate unnecessary clutter and improve overall efficiency in the office environment.
On this occasion, Additional Excise Commissioner (Policy) Pradeep Singh Sangawat, Additional Excise Commissioner (Administration) Anil Sharma, along with other senior officials and staff members of the department, were present.
