UDA Resolves More Than 100 Lease-Related Applications at Urban Service Camp

Udaipur: Under the ongoing Urban Service Camp–2026 being organized as per the directions of the State Government, the Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) is providing on-the-spot disposal of applications submitted by citizens.

On Monday, Udaipur Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena visited the camp venue to review the arrangements and assess the services being provided to the public. He interacted with officials, gathered information about the facilities available at the camp, and urged citizens to take advantage of various government schemes and services.

UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar informed that a large number of applications have been resolved during the camp. These include:

  • 108 lease deed (patta) applications

  • 9 freehold lease applications

  • 6 building plan approval applications

  • 53 name transfer (mutation) cases

  • 44 allotment letter-related cases

  • 113 street light and other civic service-related cases

The camp witnessed active participation from UDA officials and staff to ensure prompt resolution of public grievances and service requests.

Among those present at the camp were Zonal Deputy Commissioners Surendra B. Patidar and Ramesh Bahedia, Land Acquisition Officer Shailesh Khairwa, Tehsildars Ranjit Singh Bitthu and Abhinav Sharma, Senior Town Planner, Assistant Town Planner, and other concerned officials.
