Yoga Program Organized at District and Sessions Court Complex

Udaipur: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a yoga program was organized at the District and Sessions Court Complex, Udaipur, under the aegis of the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur. The event was held under the chairmanship of District and Sessions Judge Gyan Prakash Gupta, who also serves as the Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority.

The yoga session witnessed participation from all judicial officers and court staff posted at the Udaipur district headquarters. Members of the Bar Association, including President Jitendra Jain, Vice President Mahendra Menaria, General Secretary Lokesh Gurjar, along with senior and young advocates, actively took part in the yoga practice.

During the program, office-bearers of the Bar Association welcomed the judges and senior advocates by presenting traditional ceremonial shawls and mementos.

Addressing the gathering, District and Sessions Judge Gyan Prakash Gupta emphasized the importance of yoga in modern life. He stated that practicing yoga for at least half an hour every day helps maintain good health and strengthens the body’s ability to prevent diseases.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Manish Joshi, Court Manager Sunil Jain, Bar Association President Jitendra Jain, Vice President Mahendra Menaria, and General Secretary Lokesh Gurjar played significant roles in the successful organization of the event.

The program concluded with a collective commitment to adopting yoga as a regular part of daily life for better physical and mental well-being.
