Udaipur: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a grand yoga program was organized at the campus of Rabindranath Tagore (R.N.T.) Medical College, Udaipur. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 408 doctors, nursing officers, administrative officials, staff members, and students, who came together to practice yoga.
The program commenced at 6:00 a.m. and continued until 8:00 a.m. During the session, participants performed various yoga postures (asanas) and pranayama exercises, promoting the message of adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle through regular yoga practice.
The yoga session was conducted by the college’s trainers and experts, including Gunjan, Dr. Meghshyam Sharma, Dr. Narendra Joshi, and Dr. Vijay Razak, who guided participants through different yoga techniques and breathing exercises.
The event concluded with a collective pledge to embrace yoga as a part of daily life for improved physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness.
